Grace has close to 20 years of experience in Corporate Human Resources, Change Management, and Leadership Development. She had the opportunities to work alongside other leaders in the IT, Telecommunications, and Consulting industries in her initial career as a Human Resource Professional. Some of the companies that she worked with were Fujitsu Computer Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, Huawei Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, Deloitte Consulting (SEA) Sdn Bhd, and Ericsson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Throughout Grace's career, she has held various leadership positions with regional responsibility across the Asia Pacific region in which she was able to develop and refine her coaching skills. She founded Talent Faculty Sdn Bhd providing professional coaching services with a focus on the leadership growth of business owners and corporate leaders from different industries since 2014.
Having worked in various industries, Grace understands the challenges that entrepreneurs and professionals face and uses her coaching skills to help them achieve their goals and reach their potential. Her clients have included senior executives from multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals who are looking to break through their personal ceilings.
Known for her compassionate and empowering nature, Grace brings a fresh authentic perspective to coaching and helps her clients see things in a new light. Grace has dedicated her life to helping others find clarity and achieve their goals. Through coaching, Grace creates partnerships with people that helps raise their self-awareness, recognize deeper emotions, and enhance their connection with themselves. What sets Grace apart from other coaches is her deep understanding of emotions and human behaviours, which she continuously improves herself through the practice of mindfulness and introspection. Her innate clarity and TALENT connection allow her to quickly understand a client's situation and co-create an effective coaching plan that will help them achieve their goals.
Grace obtained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics from the University of London. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential holder from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2018 and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor by the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) since 2022. She is also certified by the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program in 2014.
In the spirit of giving back, Grace has been serving on an Executive Committee on a voluntary basis in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Malaysia Charter Chapter since 2016. She is currently the Immediate Past President of ICF Malaysia Charter Chapter.
